A Vision Brought to Life
For over seven decades, Mr. Sudhir R. Mehta nurtured a vision. His dream was to craft a luxury spa and hammam, a heartfelt homage to the places that had most deeply inspired him during his extensive travels. Having explored over 130 countries, it was the traditional healing practices of Turkey and Morocco that left an indelible mark on his soul - their profound simplicity and undeniable effectiveness.
In pursuit of his vision, Mr. Mehta aspired to create more than just a wellness center; he endeavoured to make a bold architectural statement that would captivate the senses with the detailing he applied to each element.
With the support of his granddaughter, Ayushee Mehta, a graduate of Babson College, and founder of an all service digital marketing agency exclusively dealing with the luxury niche marketing industry, he aimed to establish a sanctuary where individuals could reconnect with themselves in the embrace of nature and relaxation.
Alok Kaul, co-founder of Dubai-based Stave Hospitality and current co-runner of the retreat, brings invaluable expertise from inaugurating the Burj Al Arab, the world's inaugural seven-star, all-suite hotel.
